Tadaang is a contest based marketing tool for brands to connect with audiences in a unique manner. We are looking for Business Development professionals to on board premium national and international brands. While we would prefer someone with an ad/digital agency background we are open to passionate and committed candidates who are comfortable navigating the digital space. Positions are based in Kochi
Responsibilities :
- Research and identify new business opportunities with brands across industries like FMCG / Consumer / Electronics / Apparel / Hospitality / Sports etc.
- Identify clients, create proposals, and convince clients to host contests on our platform.
- Propose customized campaigns depending on client requirements
- Assist in effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success
- Prioritize and manage clients’ expectations
- Have a full understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives
- Develop relationships with key influencers within clients’ companies.
- Assist in the planning and oversight of Digital Campaigns
- Connect to Ad agencies, convey our value proposition and pitch to their clients.
- Travel to Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi for client meetings

- Experience: 3 - 5 years
- Desired Profile:
- 5 plus years of digital agency/ Advertising /PR or related business development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A clear understanding of digital media including PPC / Campaign Management
- Prior exposure in working for or with big brands on their marketing requirements
- Expert in creating engaging presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote)
